As captivating, lovely, and warm as a beach day can be, it is always accompanied with its own little stress triggers such as finding a suitable parking spot, getting the right sunscreen, and applying it evenly on your body and even finding the right swimsuit. Thus, when you end up finding sand in your freshly purchased food, it is normal that you would start regretting being on the beach in the first place. Instead of walking away from the amazing waves to purchase your lunch, pack yourself some amazing meals and snacks for your beach day. This article will help you know the best beach day foods to make you have a memorable beach day.

Baked guacamole tortilla chips: This amazing recipe works for a beach day because it reduces your luggage. All you have to do is prepare and pack a whole tub of guacamole and some tortilla chips. You have the option of using either flour or corn tortillas. Corn tortillas are similar to those that are store-bought, while the flour tortillas are tasty and different.  You can also dip veggies in the guac if you are going low carb – my personal choice.

Mango chipotle chicken salad: This healthy dish is perfect for the beach because it is satiating; once you have some, you will not have to worry about snacking while on the beach or on the go. You have the option of using a barbecue dressing to top the salad.

Greek pasta salad: This dish works because you can eat it while it is at room temperature. The best part about this dish is that you can prepare enough for the entire family or group of friends. You have the option of topping off the pasta with some Green vinaigrette. On the other hand, you could mix up some topping using oregano, olive oil, garlic powder, and red wine vinegar and a variety of vegetables (instead of noodles/pasta) if you are going low carb.

Dark chocolate fig oatmeal bites: This dish works because it is easy to prepare and is time efficient. It is a vegan meal and works well for people who have a sweet tooth. Make sure you store the bites in a sealed container that is chilled. This will help you maintain their shape and help them remain cool under the hot temperature of the beach.

Oven-fried chicken: This dish will take a little planning since you will have to put in the work before the beach day, but it is worth the sweat. This meal tastes amazing when it is either cold or warm. This means that even when it cools, it will still be tasty. Make sure that you soak the chicken in some buttermilk before you bread it because it adds flavor and acts as a tenderizer. Additionally, make sure you save enough sauce for the eating part. The sauce works both ways, whether the meal is cold or hot.

Chipotle chicken taquitos: The best part about this meal is that you will not need utensils to eat it. You can just use a container to hold everything together as you eat. You have the option of baking or even frying them.
